The Depressive Narcissist

Many scholars consider pathological narcissism to be a form of depressive illness. This is the position of the authoritative magazine "Psychology Today". The life of the typical narcissist is, indeed, punctuated with recurrent bouts of dysphoria (ubiquitous sadness and hopelessness), anhedonia (loss of the ability to feel pleasure), and clinical forms of depression (cyclothymic, dysthymic, or other). This picture is further obfuscated by the frequent presence of mood disorders, such as Bipolar I (co-morbidity).While the distinction between reactive (exogenous) and endogenous depression is obsolete, it is still useful in the context of narcissism. Narcissists react with depression not only to life crises but to fluctuations in Narcissistic Supply.The narcissist's personality is disorganised and precariously balanced. He regulates his sense of self-worth by consuming Narcissistic Supply from others. Any threat to the uninterrupted flow of said supply compromises his psychological integrity and his ability to function. It is perceived by the narcissist as life threatening.I. Loss Induced DysphoriaThis is the narcissist's depressive reaction to the loss of one or more Sources of Narcissistic Supply or to the disintegration of a Pathological Narcissistic Space (PN Space, his stalking or hunting grounds, the social unit whose members lavish him with attention).II. Deficiency Induced DysphoriaDeep and acute depression which follows the aforementioned losses of Supply Sources or a PN Space. Having mourned these losses, the narcissist now grieves their inevitable outcome the absence or deficiency of Narcissistic Supply. Paradoxically, this dysphoria energises the narcissist and moves him to find new Sources of Supply to replenish his dilapidated stock (thus initiating a Narcissistic Cycle).III. Self-Worth Dysregulation DysphoriaThe narcissist reacts with depression to criticism or disagreement, especially from a trusted and long-term Source of Narcissistic Supply. He fears the imminent loss of the source and the damage to his own, fragile, mental balance. The narcissist also resents his vulnerability and his extreme dependence on feedback from others. This type of depressive reaction is, therefore, a mutation of self-directed aggression.IV. Grandiosity Gap DysphoriaThe narcissist's firmly, though counterfactually, perceives himself as omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, brilliant, accomplished, irresistible, immune, and invincible. Any data to the contrary is usually filtered, altered, or discarded altogether. Still, sometimes reality intrudes and creates a Grandiosity Gap. The narcissist is forced to face his mortality, limitations, ignorance, and relative inferiority. He sulks and sinks into an incapacitating but short-lived dysphoria.V. Self-Punishing DysphoriaDeep inside, the narcissist hates himself and doubts his own worth. He deplores his desperate addiction to Narcissistic Supply. He judges his actions and intentions harshly and sadistically. He may be unaware of these dynamics but they are at the heart of the narcissistic disorder and the reason the narcissist had to resort to narcissism as a defence mechanism in the first place.This inexhaustible well of ill will, self-chastisement, self-doubt, and self-directed aggression yields numerous self-defeating and self-destructive behaviours from reckless driving and substance abuse to suicidal ideation and constant depression.It is the narcissist's ability to confabulate that saves him from himself. His grandiose fantasies remove him from reality and prevent recurrent narcissistic injuries. Many narcissists end up delusional, schizoid, or paranoid. To avoid agonising and gnawing depression, they give up on life itself.

While you are cleaning up the aftermath of Halloween, you may also like to know that yesterday was Reformation Day on the Protestant church calendar. It was on October 31, 1517, that the then-Roman Catholic priest, Martin Luther, nailed his Ninety-five Theses to the door of his church in Wittenberg, Germany, sparking a debate and a series of events that came to be known as the Protestant Reformation. On another door, in present-day, Bristol, Rhode Island, John Anderson, an award-winning wood sculptor, is making his mark on church history. Mr. Anderson's work is being created to adorn the doors of his church, dedicated ninety-two years ago to St. Elizabeth of Portugal. His pastor, the Rev. Thomas J. Ferland, invited Anderson to do the work, made suggestions for themes for the carvings and considers it particularly meaningful that the work is being contributed by a parishioner of the congregation. Each of these men, in creative, powerful ways, will be remembered by the people around them, and the people who have and will come after them.By the these two examples, it is clear that doors are not just practical fixtures in our homes, businesses and public buildings. More than protection from the elements and maintainers of our privacy, they are entryways between worlds, portals of transition that help frame our thoughts and behavior. Doors get our attention. They give us information and guidelines by which to proceed to the next step. It is no wonder then, that Martin Luther, ready to see the church include the people in the pews as full-fledged participants, chose the church door as his bulletin board. People came to church expecting certain things, the same things we expect when we go to church: prayers, scripture readings, music, communion. One difference in the usual routine, particularly a large, detailed list of what needed to be addressed, and changed, to fully bring the church to the people, would be noticed by more people, including church hierarchy, because it was planted before them at the transition between their everyday secular world, and the sacred sanctuary that connected them to their faith community. Rev. Ferland's desire to showcase his parishioner's talent is such a public format may have its roots in this same recognition that things get noticed when they are posted where people travel on a regular basis. Although not presented in such a dramatic fashion, or to make a public stand, Anderson's carvings, which should be completed next year, are designed to tell part of the story of the life of st. Elizabeth, and symbolize the writers of the four gospels, as represented in Ezekial, as a human face, a lion, an ox and an eagle, for Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. As the ninety-five theses were noticed, so will be these carvings for years to come. Perhaps the declarative quality of posting important information and stories that tie into our lives in profound ways, is not just good marketing, but also good theology. It is, after all, not uncommon for God to use transitional portals in our lives, moving between work or personal worlds, to draw our attention, and help us move in new directions The old saying about God opening a window when a door closes for us, I believe, is true. But I also am sure that God uses closed doors to impart key points to us on sacred bulletin boards that would otherwise be facing the wall if we were able to walk through them wide open and unabated. When we understand the communication God is trying to impart, the door usually opens to reveal what we would not have seen, or perhaps not understood, had we not been graced with the opportunity to read the writing or view the carving placed before us. At these times, the secular, everyday life merges with the sacred, spiritual flow of God among us in transformative, life-altering ways. Perhaps, too, closed doors are not meant to deny us, as much as they are a request to deter us, to redirect us to an integral portion of our journey that would be best not to be denied. Along with asking and searching, we are called to knock on these doors in front of us when we encounter them. We are led to receive, find and, "for everyone who knocks, the door will be opened (Matthew 7:8)." And so, we are also called to interact with God in this transformative process. When we choose to move forward, recognizing these doors as transitional opportunities, the adventure begins, or continues. About The AuthorCory L. Life Is What You Make It

There are certain things in life you have absolutely no control over (eg the weather, the situation in the Middle East, the thoughts and actions of others)...however there are many more things you do have control over.These are the really important things - they're the things that determine your outcome in life. Every experience or circumstance is a stimulus. Society has programmed us to respond automatically to various stimuli, so that without thinking, we, for instance, become angry, hurt or upset when someone says something 'wrong' or acts in a certain way. Or we feel we're 'in love' when someone says or acts in a certain way towards us.The problem with these automatic responses is that they make you subject to external forces. When you say 'he made me angry', you're giving 'him' power over you.Truth is, nobody can have any power over you unless you give it to them.You've got more power within you than you ever thought possible. Your greatest power is your power to choose your thoughts and emotions. Happiness is not something 'out there' for you to pursue. It's a choice you make, and when you make that choice, you act accordingly, and then the feelings follow.Letting your emotions control you subjects you to being influenced by the weaknesses of others.
Letting circumstances or situations determine your emotions makes you a victim in life, not a victor.Your thoughts determine your feelings/emotions. Your emotions determine your behaviour/actions. Your actions determine your results in life. Therefore, if you seek phenomenal, outstanding success, program yourself with thoughts that empower you and propel you in the direction of your dreams.Choose emotions that serve you, not ones that keep you down or hold you back.Take control, true control, of your life. As people, we all fall short of perfection. We are all sinners
by nature and we all need a big time revision in our lives
before God can choose and use us. If we wait for perfection
we will never see the kingdom of God.It's true that many people in Christ's lineage were far from
perfect. Rahab was a prostitute but she found favor in God's
eyes when she helped Joshua and Caleb. King David was
an adulterer and murderer. They were used by God
because they repented and turned to God for wisdom. This
is what makes us or breaks us in the eyes of God who gives
everyone the same opportunity. God is an equal opportunity
employer. The only thing is, not everyone takes the offer and
loses their own life in the end."How much better it is to get skillful and godly Wisdom than
gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen rather than
silver." Prov. 16:16 (Amplified)The beginning of knowledge is to have reverevtial fear of the
Lord the Bible says. God wishes that we seek Him to gain
wisdom, not to be wise in our own eyes. When we get that
godly Wisdom, then God can choose us and use us to
advance His kingdom. So, we must first seek wisdom
through God. This the first step to being used by Him.Many people in the Bible were sinners in the worst sense
but later God used them to change the course of the world
all because they sought after God.Abraham who is the Father of many nations, a man that God
blessed abundantly was a sinner in the sense that he went
out of God's will and followed his doubtful wife's advice.
Abraham was promised a son by his wife Sarah, but
instead of waiting, he took Hagar the maid to sire his son
Ishmael. So, Abraham was an adulterer. God still used
him and kept His promise because Abraham was a great
man of faith.Jacob swindled his older brother out of his inheritance. But
all that changed when Jacob wrestled with God and
demanded his blessings. Jacob finally realized that God
was omnipotent and he followed Him. God used him too.Then there was one of biggest men of faith, Noah. Who
could build an ark for 120 years and never doubt God? Noah
was a mighty man of faith but the fact was, he was a drunk.
The only difference was he knew God first and found his
godly Wisdom because of it.What about Samson? We all remember him from Bible
stories as a hero. But the truth is, he was a womanizer. He
lusted after women he was not to be with. In the end, his
own pride and stubborness killed him. Still in the
end he turned to God and realized his mistake.Moses, a very godly man was used by God to free the
Israelites from Egypt. He killed a man and then tried to
cover it up. This isn't good but God doesn't look at that, He
looks at our hearts, our motives. Do we seek His Wisdom?The worst offender of all was probably the wisest man of all
and that was the apostle Paul. His life before Christ could
be compared to Hitler. Paul murdered innocent men,
women and children and took pleasure in it. But, after he
met Christ on the road to Damascus, he then saw the Light,
literally and God used him to convert many people to
Christianity and he wrote 1/3 of the New Testament.Many Christian teachers today have the biggest impacts on
new believers because they have literally been to hell and
back. God uses people to gain trust in others and who have
had first hand experience of a life without God. They know
what they are talking about.The whole point of this is to let you know that no matter what
you may have done, or are even participating in right now,
there's nothing God can't fix. God wants to choose you and
use you! But the choice is totally up to you."For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says
the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not
for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome." Jer. 29:11
(Amplified)God loves us and wants nothing but the best for us,
but...Satan uses his words that lead to death and if we
continue to listen to him, we will surely die. But, God's
words are truth that will lead to eternal life. He wants to give
us hope in our final outcome! Who will you believe?There is so much going on right now in front of our very
eyes, but we can't see them. It's a virtual war zone, but it's
spiritual. It's a battle for your soul. We are caught in the
middle of a mighty clash between the powers and
principalities who want to imprison us into a life of
confusion, depression, poverty and total misery.Then there's the other side, the winning side. This is God's
side. He releases His Spirit which enters into our souls and
then allows us to "see" our battles. God turns on the Light of
Life. When we operate in the flesh, we will always be
stumbling in the dark and remain blind. Satan uses this
tactic to perk up our hearing for what we lack in our sight.
When we can't see, we depend on our hearing and what we
hear is Satan's lies and they become even louder. He
knows this will keep us bound in chains.For most people who are in the world, their hearing has over
compensated for their eyesight and this kind of living
becomes normal. They think depression, unforgiveness,
greed, hate, fear and doubt are normal. Don't be fooled.Christ came so that you can see the Truth of what God
wants for you. He means to give you life with contentment,
peace, love, joy, patience and compassion. This grace will
prosper you and won't overcome you with poverty of the soul.It's never too late to turn all this around. God allows U turns
when you're headed in the wrong direction. By accepting
Christ as your Savior, a light will come on and you will then
begin to see the truth. Once your spiritual eyes are opened
your vision will be better than 20/20.To cross over to the winning side is only to confess all your
sins, past, present, and future to Jesus and give them to
Him so He can throw them away in the sea of forgetfulness.
All these things will be forgotten and never brought back to
hurt you. It's just as if God takes out His big eraser and
removes all these black marks that were under your name.
Once He does that, He then gives you a new name and
carefully writes it in His Book of Life. This guarantees your
entrance into His Kingdom for eternity.Instead of being held hostage by a killer, we are now a
bondservant to Christ. This means when we serve the King
of kings and Lord of lords, He guarantees our victory in every
battle. No matter how bad they seem to be, the enemy can
not touch you. Being a captive of Christ means you are
finally set free!Then one day as we enter into heaven, we will see
Abraham, Jacob, David, Rahab, Moses, and Samson along
with many other sinners who cheated death by choosing the
winning side. They all chose to submit to God's will and His
wisdom. They sought His face so they could serve Him.
They have all been given the key to righteousness and
opened the door, which is through Christ. This is the
entrance into the Holy of Holies. There is a party going on
right now to the likes you nor I have ever seen. Just make
sure your name is on the invitation.In the meantime, while you are still here on earth, ask God
how He can use you to advance His kingdom. What kind of
ministry is He calling you for? God uses all His children that
He chooses. Let Him hire you for the job He chose for you

eyes, but we can't see them. It's a virtual war zone, but it's
spiritual. It's a battle for your soul. We are caught in the
middle of a mighty clash between the powers and
principalities who want to imprison us into a life of
confusion, depression, poverty and total misery.Then there's the other side, the winning side. This is God's
side. He releases His Spirit which enters into our souls and
then allows us to "see" our battles. God turns on the Light of
Life. When we operate in the flesh, we will always be
stumbling in the dark and remain blind. Satan uses this
tactic to perk up our hearing for what we lack in our sight.
When we can't see, we depend on our hearing and what we
hear is Satan's lies and they become even louder. He
knows this will keep us bound in chains.For most people who are in the world, their hearing has over
compensated for their eyesight and this kind of living
becomes normal. They think depression, unforgiveness,
greed, hate, fear and doubt are normal. Don't be fooled.Christ came so that you can see the Truth of what God
wants for you. He means to give you life with contentment,
peace, love, joy, patience and compassion. This grace will
prosper you and won't overcome you with poverty of the soul.It's never too late to turn all this around. God allows U turns
when you're headed in the wrong direction. By accepting
Christ as your Savior, a light will come on and you will then
begin to see the truth. Once your spiritual eyes are opened
your vision will be better than 20/20.To cross over to the winning side is only to confess all your
sins, past, present, and future to Jesus and give them to
Him so He can throw them away in the sea of forgetfulness.
All these things will be forgotten and never brought back to
hurt you. It's just as if God takes out His big eraser and
removes all these black marks that were under your name.
Once He does that, He then gives you a new name and
carefully writes it in His Book of Life. This guarantees your
entrance into His Kingdom for eternity.Instead of being held hostage by a killer, we are now a
bondservant to Christ. This means when we serve the King
of kings and Lord of lords, He guarantees our victory in every
battle. No matter how bad they seem to be, the enemy can
not touch you. Being a captive of Christ means you are
finally set free!Then one day as we enter into heaven, we will see
Abraham, Jacob, David, Rahab, Moses, and Samson along
with many other sinners who cheated death by choosing the
winning side. They all chose to submit to God's will and His
wisdom. They sought His face so they could serve Him.
They have all been given the key to righteousness and
opened the door, which is through Christ. This is the
entrance into the Holy of Holies. There is a party going on
right now to the likes you nor I have ever seen. Just make
sure your name is on the invitation.In the meantime, while you are still here on earth, ask God
how He can use you to advance His kingdom. What kind of
ministry is He calling you for? God uses all His children that
He chooses. Let Him hire you for the job He chose for you

NetFlix Launches NetPlay; Delivers Live Cast Through Mail

Netflix, which until now has specialized in mailing DVDs of movies to subscribers, has decided to broaden its offerings by launching a service called NetPlay, which will bring live theater to homes all across America. Since the heart and soul of theater is the excitement of a live performance, the service will ship a living, breathing cast to each home.Directors, unhappy about being left out, have petitioned the service to include them in the shipping carton, so they can point out their contributions to the show while fans watch it.It remains to be determined how many subscribers will opt for the service, primarily due to the fact that its usually difficult to determine how many people will do anything before they have the opportunity to do it and, secondarily, to the fact that, while the average flick rents for about five bucks a pop, shipping charges for NetPlay vary from between $1,000 and $10,000 per show, depending, of course, on the size of the cast. Language: The Key that Opens or Closes that Important DoorWhat prevents people from using their native language or secondary languages confidently comes down to seven traps that most people fall into.Language is one of the things that sets us apart as beings, one of the things that essentially defines us as humans. When language is used well it can elicit very deep feeling in others, motivate others to action and define the nature of our relationships. Sometimes in poetry the juxtaposition of two words or a certain phrase can bring tears to the eyes, call up a whole host of imagery and move us deeply. We have seen language recently used in the politics of persuasion, used for good or ill â€" depending on your viewpoint. When we use language to express our true feelings to someone it can open and deepen the connection between us. Language is a very powerful tool. How we use language shapes our world both internally and externally. How you use self-talk â€" what you say to yourself about yourself and about the world directly shapes your experience of both yourself and the world. How you deliver communication shapes the way the world responds to you. We can use language more effectively in both spheres: internal and external and directly influence the health and power of our personal relationships and our business relationships.Connie Glaser, a leading expert on patterns of communication has come up with 7 self-sabotage traps that diminish the power of our speech. The person is asked to agree that what you are saying is stupid.ü Effusive Apologies tend to obscure what you are saying, your communication gets lost in all of the apology and the underlying message is that you are inn error.ü Fumbling in your conversational style is a habit that communicates that you do not really know what you are talking about or that you would really rather someone would ignore it.ü Taking too long to get to the point hides your real message in an avalanche of words- the essential message is hard if not impossible to discern.ü When emotions get in the way people sometimes don’t deliver what they are really trying to convey because they are afraid of the outcome, embarrassed by what they want to say or wrap the communiqué in the opposite emotion i.e. they are really angry but break down instead.ü Not accepting credit for something - saying things like “Oh it was nothing†or “Really I don’t deserve the credit†etc. deflects attention from you and tends to communicate that you would rather not be noticed.ü Tag Lines or asking a question at the end of a statement robs that statement of any power. How to handle web surfers, who disabled JavaScript

does not support it.
There are hundreds of millions of Web surfers today. Each of
them uses one of multiple web browsers available now. You as a
Webmaster create cool web pages that are full of graphic and
JavaScript and look very impressive in modern web browsers like
Internet Explorer or FireFox. But ask yourself: "How my cool web
page will look like, if the web surfer use Linx browser (text
based) or just disabled JavaScript support?" You may think that
number of Linx browser users is quite small today and you can
ignore them, but search engines spiders does not support
JavaScript as well. You cannot ignore search engines in the
modern world.
There are some safe ways how to handle search engines spiders
and web surfers, who does not support JavaScript, at your web
page.
One of the approaches is provided by HTML. It is a NOSCRIPT tag.
You can enclose in NOSCRIPT tags HTML code that will be
displayed in browsers that do not support scripting. You can
place navigation hyperlinks here, if you use JavaScript menu for
this purpose. Instead of content, dynamically generated by
JavaScript, you can place some static text between NOSCRIPT
tags. NOSCRIPT content is invisible for web surfers, who use
modern web browsers, but it will be very useful for Linx users
and search engines spiders.
The second, more flexible approach, is using of JavaScript. Yes,
you can use JavaScript to handle visitors, who does not support
JavaScript. It is simple. You can place at the web page HTML
elements with the content that should be visible for these who
does not support scripting. Then place at the bottom of the page
simple script code that sets ".style.display" property to "none"
for such elements. Therefore, if your web page is viewed in the
browser, which supports scripting, script code will be executed
and all additional elements become invisible. If your web page
is viewed in the browser, which does not support scripting,
script code will be ignored.
So, using these simple approaches, you can handle all possible
web browsers and provide search engines spiders with additional
relevant content, which is very important as well.

How you will defend anything even if it is really not in your best interest. You will actually personalize and protect your habits no matter how negative, debilitating and restrictive they become.Sometimes, what habits prevent you from doing is far more damaging than the habit itself. Many habitual routines cause you no harm other than sapping your time and energy that could be utilized for your personal growth and development.We have all heard of how effective use of our time leads to results. All you are doing is accentuating your unhappiness.Another key part of this is to know what you want unfiltered by the ego. Breaking news may feature the Enron debacle, WorldCom activities, or accounting problems but we live our everyday business life making ethical choices that affect our employment and businesses. Consider the ethical choices made in these situations:-A restaurateur hired a firm, used the firm’s ideas, benefited from them and refused to pay for the services rendered.-A partner used intellectual property created by another partner for his own personal benefit.-An independent consultant who was hired to sell a particular firm’s services and products used that firm’s database of customers and prospects to sell his own speaking services.-An employee took a new job with a prospect’s firm and continued on working both jobs until the first employer found out and fired her.-A business person volunteered to perform specific services for a nonprofit organization and failed to perform those services, did not make other arrangements to perform the services, or even acknowledge that the commitment had been made.-An employee used hours of regular, paid, in-office time to research how to start her own new business.While these are not on the newsworthy scale of an Enron, they are on a scale that affected each business involved, some even resulting in disastrous outcomes.We all try to learn from our own mistakes and from those of others as well. We now employ lawyers to write, review and potentially defend every business agreement. We are ready to go to court if need be. The distressing fact is all of that preparation and cost still will not stop someone from behaving unethically. And unethical behavior may indeed still be legal behavior.What is so difficult about applying the concept of right and wrong to everyday business decisions? I would venture a guess that, sociopathic behavior aside, the vast majority of business people know when they are about to do something that is ethically questionable. What can we do to help each other arrive at an ethical decision and behave in an ethical manner?I challenge every ethical business person to step up and make your voice heard when you witness unethical behavior. You not only have the right, you have the responsibility to do so.I challenge every business organization, every chamber of commerce, every professional association, every Rotary, Lions and other Club, to participate in a meaningful way in actively rebuilding business ethics. Not just in your mission statement, but in your day-to-day member services and even through your own leadership.There are many ways to start right now to begin rebuilding a strong culture of business ethics. Use your ubiquitous brown bag lunch sessions to address the everyday dilemmas of business ethics. Select a speaker for your next luncheon who can address the process of making ethical decisions. Have round table discussions about solving ethical problems. Schedule an ethics workshop at your next leadership retreat.And on a personal level, participate in those meetings, sessions and roundtables. Erectile Dysfunction Is a Common Problem of Men with Diabetes

Erectile dysfunction is a common problem for more than half of men with diabetes. A recent study from the Brady Urological Institute at Johns Hopkins suggests that an over-supply of a simple blood sugar could be a major cause of erectile dysfunction in diabetic men.Describing the mechanism of erection, the research team has determined that high glucose in diabetes mellitus is an interrupting factor of this process.Erection begins when a sexual stimulus activates the enzyme neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) that causes short-term release of nitric oxide (NO) at the nerve endings in the penis.This initial release of NO causes short-term and rapid increases in penile blood flow and short-term relaxation of the penile smooth muscle, initiating an erection. The resulting expansion of penile blood vessels and smooth-muscle relaxation allows more blood to flow into the penis. This increased blood flow (shear stress) activates the eNOS in penile blood vessels causing sustained NO release, continued relaxation and full erection.O-GlcNAc, a blood sugar present in hyperglycemic (high blood sugar) circumstances, hinders this normal chain of events by inhibiting the activation of eNOS, and consequently reducing the release of NO and preventing the smooth muscle in the penis from relaxing. Without this relaxation, there is no shear stress to stoke the production of more NO and therefore, no normal, sustained erection.This is not the same type of erectile dysfunction seen in non-diabetics, and it is less effectively treated with conventional drugs like Viagra. The mechanism described above stresses the critical importance of vascular function in the erectile response. Writing 8000 Articles in Less Than 18-Months is Hard Work

Folks keep telling me that it is impossible to write so many articles. They told me that 1,000 was simply impossible because no one knows that much information. Then after I passed that they said surely 2500 would be impossible and it might take some one a life-time, well we kind of blew that statement out of the water too. Then as I hit 3,000 they said that I was getting to the end of the rope and running out of things to write about and material to write on. So, I set my eyes on 5,000 articles to prove them wrong.Once I hit 5,000 I decided that 5555 would be a good number to shoot for, but unfortunately I blew past that and went for 6,000 articles and then I was told matter of factly, I might add, that I could not reach 7,000. Why I asked, because no one had ever done that before and so, if it were possible then someone would have done it. But I thought, I am someone and that is what you told me at 4,000 articles.Well it has been just shy of 18 months since I started writing online articles and now this is article number 8,000 and I must say I am starting to run out of topics and knowledge in my organic brain, but I do not believe this to be a stopping point, so I will put my thinking cap back on and go for it anyway.I know I can hear the critics now, there is now way you can write 8888 article, there is just no way in hell? Oh, I bet it is possible and I bet some day someone does it too. In fact I bet that someone is me; Why? Well, because someone has to do it.
